***UPDATE*** Comcast engineers were able to replace some equipment at the nearby head-end location instead of at the station. Service was briefly interrupted, but Comcast has now been broadcasting a solid signal since 10am. Comcast will be monitoring our channels/area of customers during the weekend for any continued signal issues. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any further signal/audio/video issues.
Due to the issues some Comcast community members are facing with our channels, a Comcast engineer will be performing some equipment maintenance and replacement at the station. This will result in all three MCM channels being offline on Friday, June 10th, 2022 from approximately 9:30 am to 11am. Once the maintenance is complete, service will resume. This post will be updated once the service has resumed. The non-live VOD service will be unaffected by this downtime.
If you have issues with your cable feed, in addition to contacting MCM, please contact customer support for your cable provider. This will help tech support professionals identify the cause of the issue and possibly expedite the solution.
